    Question : How long will my order take to complete ?

    Conversion times vary due to our workload. We can give you an estimated timeframe for the completion of your job. If you require your
    job back urgently, please let us know.


    Question : Do you use quality DVD & CD discs ?

    Yes. We only use reputable brands eg, Verbatim & Sony.


    Question : Why should I get my old material converted to DVD & CD ?

    Because if you don't, you are more than likely to lose your precious memories forever ! Analogue items deteriorate a lot quicker than you
    think, to the point they become unplayable & unviewable.


    Question : How long do DVD's & CD's last ?

    This is still unlargely an unknown question. If discs are handled & looked after, they will last much longer, in excess of 50+ years experts say.


    Question : What if I'm not happy with my end product on DVD or CD ?

    Please contact us. We are more than happy to discuss this with you & look at options to ensure you are completely satisfied with our service.


    Question : What if my package gets lost in the post or courier ?

    As a reccomendation, we strongly advise you courier all material to our street address (if you are an out of town customer). Courierpost
    have the best tracking system, which you can access via the Internet. All out of town orders are sent an email confirmation the day we
    receive the order.


    Question : How do I pay for my order ?

    You can pay by cash or electronic funds transfer. We will email you an invoice for payment upon completion of your order. At present we are
    not set up for credit card payments.


    Question : Can the DVD's I recieve be played overseas ?

    Yes they can. They are not zoned like movies, so can be played anywhere in the world.


    Question : Can I edit my own footage once this has been transferred to DVD ?

    Yes. We can supply your footage in a format on a DVD that will allow you to do this. You will need appropriate software to do this.


    Question : Do you give discounts for large orders ?

    Yes we do. Please let us know the numbers you have & we will advise if you qualify for this.
